Alongside his passion for RVs, Craig holds certifications including OMVIC, Jayco Masters, and completed Joe Verde Management Training, showcasing his dedication to excellence in customer service. When he's not assisting customers, Craig finds solace and excitement in camping and hockey, two activities that allow him to unwind and stay active. Affectionately known as "Poncho" among his peers, Craig's roots are firmly planted in Durham, where he has lived his whole life. Despite his love for his hometown, Craig's favorite camping spot lies far beyond Durham's borders, as he finds tranquility and wonder in the breathtaking vistas of the Grand Canyon.
