Frequently Asked Questions for Our Service Department
We have a Drop off/Pickup Zone directly off of Rundle Road (West side) prior to our building. Drop off your RV here and come on into our Store to check in.
Due to the high volume traffic volume during peak season we ask that you please do not bring your RV directly up to our store.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer mobile or in park service. We recommend connecting with your park to see who their recommended park technician is.
Our business is seasonal, therefore wait times may vary from a couple of days to weeks during our peak season. Please contact us for an exact time period.
We do accept transient customers, and we will do our best to assist you the best we can. We do recommend you please contact us to inform us you are coming. We will prioritize emergency repairs over repairs that can wait.
Typically during our peak season we do not, however in case of an emergency please contact us. We will do our best to assist you.
It does vary by the exact part needed and the manufacture. If it is something we can order aftermarket it will take us a day or two however if we need to order directly from the manufacture (again depending on exact part needed) arrival time period can sometime exceed 6 weeks.
We are very limited for space, if the unit can be used we will ask for you to pick up the RV and return when the parts arrive. If the unit is unable to be moved or used while awaiting parts we will hang onto the RV on site.
