SERVICE ADVISOR

Owasco is seeking a full time Service Advisor to join our team.

We will provide all training, a competitive compensation package, a winning environment to succeed and an invested management team to support you and your success. Additional perks include health and dental benefits and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
  • Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
  • Providing repair recommendations
  • Explaining the nature of repairs
  • Advising customers how to look after their RV
  • Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Self-motivated individual and will drive themselves to deliver results.
  • Have strong relationship-building skills – who take the time to listen and ask the right questions.
  • Are well organized and able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer skills are necessary with email, internet, and time-management and customer follow-up experience being a definite advantage.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
