Algonquin Park
The grandeur of Algonquin Park is 288 km (180 miles) from Owasco.  In three hours you can be north and into the land of the rugged beauty of Ontario and pulling into one of the numerous campsites.

Kingston
Within three hours to the east of Owasco you can be into the history of Kingston, just 266 (166 miles) away and explore the region of the Thousand Islands.

Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is two hours to the south west of Owasco.  In the heart of wine country, home of one of the world's greatest natural wonders, and home of Casino Niagara for a little gambling and fun.

Places Beyond
Get adventurous.  Head for Lake Placid to the east, an easy 533 kms (333 miles) away.  Kingston is on the way and you could stop at one of the many campgrounds of the Thousand Islands.  From there you can head south across the border into the USA and on to Lake Placid or you could travel on to Montreal.  Then, head north into the beauty of the Laurentians or continue eastward into the Eastern Townships of Quebec.  Quebec City is next.  From Montreal you might also choose to head south, into the USA and the beauty of Vermont and New York State.
