  • RV Detailer
    • Move’s RV’s as needed.
    • Paints frames, hitches, steps and jacks.
    • Adds/removes decals, removes and reapplies sealants, minor cosmetic repairs (including moldings, fender skirts and other general appearance items).
    • Washes the exterior of units.
  • RV Housekeeper
    • Prepares interior of RV for Sale or Rental.
    • Complete laundry (bedding, towels etc.).
    • Washes dishes.
    • Vacuums interiors.
    • Cleans interiors of RV’s.
    • Washes windows.
    • Makes RV presentable for customer.
  • RV Lot Personnel
    • Move RVs around the yard and into the shop for service.
    • Maintain the lot and keep buildings clean.
    • Pick up and/or drop off customers as requested.
    • Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up.
    • Catalogue and store keys.
    • Install and maintain outside signage as instructed by Sales Manager.

    • Touch up display vehicles every morning and vacuum the cars as needed.
    • Ensure cars have their pricing information, license plate brackets, etc.
    • Remove sold vehicles, have replacement vehicles clean and ready to go, and coordinate the vehicle swap with the detailing team.
    • Ensure the showroom, delivery room and facilities are always clean and organized.
  • Orientation Specialist (Walkthrough Coordinator)
    • Works closely with the Service and Sales Managers on preparing for final delivery.
    • Take the purchaser on a pre-delivery inspection of the RV by demonstrating use of equipment and components.
    • Ensure completion of all paperwork.
  • RV Apprentice Technician
    • Works under the guidance of a journey person and performs maintenance of propane and electrical appliances, minor plumbing and carpentry.
  • RV Service Technician
    • Examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance. They install, repair and maintain interior and exterior components on motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, truck campers, tent trailers and van conversions.
    • Installation of accessories; performing pre-delivery inspections; reading and writing repair orders; troubleshooting, repair and maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, ranges and air conditioners; repairs to fiberglass, body and structural components; and the ability to install, repair, replace and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries and charging systems.
  • RV Service Writer
    • Meet and confer with all service customers.
    • Complete service orders.
    • Delegate work to technicians from work orders.
    • Perform estimates for time and parts required.
    • Complete work order once service is complete.
    • Collect payment for work done.
  • RV Inventory Control Manager
    • Interviewing, hiring, and training parts employees.
    • Plan, assign, and direct parts personnel.
    • Address complaints and resolve problems.
    • Complete a summary of daily sales.
    • Manage parts inventory.
    • Confer with service manager for required shop parts.
    • Approve parts inventory purchases and stay informed of all the latest innovations.
    • Liaison between the dealership and suppliers.
    • Set stock levels and selection of items for weekly orders.
    • Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
    • Marketing parts and accessories.
  • RV Parts Specialist
    • Assist in retail customer purchases.
    • Knowledge of the location of all parts and some knowledge of uses and installation techniques.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and by checking parts availability.
    • Verify prices and enter orders into computer.
    • Analyze customer requests for parts, provide parts information and prices.
    • Ability to provide substitute parts information for obsolete/upgraded parts based on experience and outstanding orders.
    • Responsible for following up on back orders by checking with other parts personnel and sources to determine status of
      orders and provide answers to customers.
    • Establish a good relationship with distributors, dealers, service centers and consumers in order to notify them of parts availability and shipment dates determined by tracking orders and/or invoices.
  • RV Rental Specialist
    • Welcomes guests and completes check-in procedures and unit pickup unit departure and drop-off inspections.
    • Provides guest services including arranging shuttles, providing travel advice, and answering guest questions.
    • Notifies the RV Technician or the PDI Technician if damage has occurred and repair or maintenance is required.
    • Orders office supplies, replenishes brochures, general office tasks.
    • Handle incoming phone and online inquiries about RV rentals.
    • Coordinates booking and billing of new and existing rental contracts.
    • Other administrative functions as required.
  • RV Sales Specialist
    • Assist customers with buying decisions.
    • Help customers select the unit which best fits their needs and advise on towing requirements.
    • Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units and other value-added options.
    • Write deals to present to sales manager.
    • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients.
    • Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals.

  • RV Marketing Assistant
    • Develop multimedia advertising and marketing plan.
    • Oversee the development of collateral, public relations, traditional media and e-mail marketing and the maintenance of the company’s website.
    • Work with marketing vendors and support organizations (IT, Customer Care) for program set up, maintenance and overall performance management.
    • Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple ports: (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc).
    • Assist with dealership sales events and trade shows.
    • Compiling and distributing statistical information.
    • Conduct market research: develop and analyze questionnaires.
    • Create reports, company brochures and promotional materials.
    • Organize and host presentations, customer visits and open houses.
  • Business Office Administrator
    • Verify sales contracts for accuracy and completeness.
    • Prints financial documents.
    • Emails, Faxes or Mails completed financial documents to funding banks.
    • Works with MTO to license new RV’s.
    • Assists customers with credit applications.
    • Schedule & organize deliveries of units.
    • Promote extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement and credit life, accident and health insurance plans to customers.
    • Work closely with the Financial Services Manager to maximize profits from every sale.
    • Verify all documents for correct titles, taxes and lien information.
  • Greeter (Temporary/Part Time)
    • Greet customers upon arrival.
    • Direct & guide them to the appropriate departments/personnel.
    • Answer general questions.
  • Receptionist/Office Administrator (Full Time & Part Time Positions Available)
    • Completing day end reports, balancing cash and debit machine.
    • Working with Service Canada for licensing of vehicles.
    • Cashing customers out as needed.
